Return and Refund Policy

Problems with you order:

We kindly ask for you to inspect your candle of any significant damages and inform Seazen Candle Co. promptly within 5 days of delivery. You and can send concerns with images directly to seazencandleco@gmail.com, for further assistance.

Due keep in mind we package our vessels securely for transit and can not guarantee that our vessels will always be handled with care by the carrier. Some scenarios are out of our control. However, we will do our very best to resolve the situation, as best we can. 

Shipping Lead Time:

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship via UPS which in most cases ships 1 -5 business days upon UPS receiving your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

Lost Package:

If your package does not make it to your desired destination, this would need to be reported directly to the carrier.
